• The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

⚠️ Important: Medicines and supplements are non-returnable once opened due to safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:

• Opened or tampered products
• Ayurvedic medicines once used/opened
• Customized Ayurvedic formulations or consultations
• Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. Return / Replacement Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

   Share order ID, issue details, and product images (if damaged/defective)
3. Approval:
   Our team will review and approve/reject the request based on eligibility
4. Return Shipping:
   • Customer bears shipping cost (if no company fault)
   • Free return if product is damaged/wrong
5. Inspection:
   Once received, product will be inspected before approval of refund/replacement

4. Refund Policy & Timeframe

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer
• In case of rejection, the product may be returned back to the customer

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed as per policy
