1. Shipping & Courier Charges

• Courier charges are applicable to medicine orders and are payable separately, as communicated during order confirmation.
• Courier charges generally range from ₹200 to ₹500, depending on the delivery PIN code, shipment weight, and courier service.
• The final applicable courier charge will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, location, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment

• COD facility is available only for eligible orders and delivery locations, subject to confirmation by our team.
• For eligible COD orders, the applicable courier charges, generally between ₹200 and ₹500, must be paid in advance where this condition has been communicated and accepted before order confirmation.
• The remaining eligible order amount is payable at the time of delivery.
• For fully prepaid orders, the customer must complete payment before the order is processed.
• Orders will be processed after the applicable payment and order details have been verified.
• Customers should retain their payment receipts and transaction IDs until the order is successfully delivered.

• Customers may request cancellation before dispatch, subject to applicable terms and legal rights.
• Customers should ensure their availability to receive confirmed COD shipments.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, our team may contact the customer to verify the delivery status and discuss the next steps.
• Any reshipping or return courier charges must be communicated and charged only where permitted by law and the agreed terms.
• Refunds for cancelled, failed, or returned shipments will be determined according to the applicable refund policy and consumer protection requirements.
