1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Note: Products such as medicines and supplements are non-returnable once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products with opened or tampered seals.
• Customized Ayurvedic formulations or consultations.
• Items damaged due to mishandling post-delivery.

3. Return Process

2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds   will get credited within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
